DESCRIPTION:
The Association of Women
Proressionals is looking for independent consultants to teach classes at small, medium, and large corporations. We are looking
for curriculum developers and instructors for courses on the following topics.
- Diversity Training
- Women
Leadership Skills
- Balancing Work and Home Life
- Assertiveness Training
- Reaching Career Goals
REQUIREMENTS:
- Develop course outline
- Develop training materials
- Present courses
to a group, in a classroom or auditorium setting
- Facilitate groups
- Ability to communicate with people at all
levels of an organization (from laborers to executives)
- Travel may be required
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors Degree
- Two or more years of teaching/training experience
- Two or more years of course development
experience
- Good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Good organization and time management
skills
