POSITION OVERVIEW:

Consulting position with primary responsibilities including: strategic communication consulting and project planning services for medium to large clients, advanced project management, basic client management, and working with others to develop new business.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Day-to-day activities include, but are not limited to:

•Providing strategic communication consulting around a variety of subject areas including benefits, compensation, strategic rewards, and other human resource disciplines. Majority of projects involve health and retirement benefits, communication audits, and use of technology.
•Leading a project team and reviewing the work of others.
•Project management including project planning, scheduling, and budget tracking for mid-size to large client projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

•Four to six years experience in communication consulting, or a combination of consulting and corporate communications experience.
•Ability to understand client’s underlying business and organizational issues and align communications strategies to support these.
•Strong problem solving skills: identification, solution, execution.
•Expert writing, interpersonal communication, and presentation skills.
•Demonstrated project management and organizationl skills on large projects.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

The primary responsibility of this position is to serve as the lead consultant and project manager for compensation consulting projects. The position will manage large projects that involve the design and implementation of base pay compensation, broad based incentive plans, and pay administration.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Understand clients’ business objectives and provide counsel on all facets of broad based employee compensation.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

The primary responsibility of this position is to provide International consulting support and services to Watson Wyatt’s multinational clients. The Senior International Benefits Consultant will be able to lead large multi-country engagements, deliver services globally, and management important multinational relationships.

Lead regular meetings and conference calls with clients to discuss international benefit issues
Prepare and present proposals for new consulting engagements

Global Accounting/Actuarial

Manage projects on multiple country actuarial valuations under FAS-87, FAS-88, FAS-106, FAS-112 and IAS19 as well as other international accounting standards, including input on appropriate actuarial assumptions.
Supervise performance of FAS-87 valuations for international retirement plans.
Oversee calculations of retirement and leaving service benefits under international retirement plans, including the determination of offsets from Social Security arrangements, termination indemnity arrangements, and other company-provided retirement programs around the world.

Lead multi-country compensation and benefit audits and reviews to assess competitiveness, consistency, consolidation, cost-containment, and compliance.
