THE ROLE
The role is a two part roleto serve as the Divisional Marketing Manager for the Central Division and to serve as the Marketing
Manager for the Chicago/Milwaukee markets. The divisional marketing manager serves as the key liaison in connecting Divisional
marketing activities to the national agenda. This position is responsible for ensuring consistency of messaging, delivery

PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES:
Excellence
- Work with Marketing Director and local market leadership teams on topics, content and focus to leverage national activities
(and other divisional activities)
- Identify the right marketing mix that leverages national and local activities that will: - Build consistent TW brand awareness
- Introduce/reinforce awareness of TW services and capabilities
- Full accountability and oversight of execution of divisional plan
- Collaborate with Chicago leadership on strategy and ensure their full support on local plan

THE REQUIREMENTS
- 8+ years of marketing or sales experience, preferably in a professional services and/or human resources consulting environment
- Action oriented, results focused and ability to effectively multitask
- Experience writing and editing business development materials, as well as proficiency working with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint,
Excel, Word) and database solutions in order to support client relationship management
- Strategic and tactical marketing experience, with specific emphasis on marketing planning execution and project management
